Estate Tours & Tastings
The Experience: Take a deep dive into the art of traditional Méthode Champenoise mead production. Your group will tour our production space and working flower farm and learn how we transform varietal honey into crisp, sparkling mead, all while enjoying a curated, guided tasting of our current releases. It’s a sophisticated yet incredibly relaxed way to get everyone talking and tasting.
Private Bee Experiences
The Experience: Don a veil and step into the fascinating world of our hardest workers. This immersive, hands-on experience guides your group through the inner workings of a beehive, led by our Master Beekeepers. You’ll learn about bee ecology, honey production, and the vital role pollinators play in our ecosystem.
Together, we’ll pull frames laden with honey straight from the hives to hand-extract it, and you’ll even jar up our estate honey to take home with you. We’ll finish the day walking through how that very honey is made into mead, all while enjoying tastings of our sparkling wine. It is a true “From Flower-to-Flute” experience your team won’t soon forget. Price per person: $150, including all sparkling wine and a take-home jar of honey.
Olive Grove Tastings & Picnics
The Experience: Gather amongst our beautiful olive trees. This expansive outdoor space is ideal for a relaxed, open-air afternoon. Your guests can enjoy flights of our crisp sparkling mead alongside your own custom picnic spreads, all while surrounded by the serene natural beauty of the California coast.
All the suggested events above can be booked and scheduled to be hosted Sunday-Friday and during our hours of 11-5 pm.
