As a honey, White Clover has a surprising spiciness under the sweetness which you might recognize if you ever chewed a clover leaf. The mead, is one of our lightest with a pale straw color. There are initial grassy notes in the nose followed by a hint of propolis. The flavor has faint honeydew melon notes with a slight lime spritz. It is an easy drinker for a warm day.
