We source this honey Gordon's distant cousin, Henry Storch, who polinates pumpkin patches in the eastern Willamette Valley of Oregon. This version is much lighter than years' past with light herbaceous and citrus note but the body is as crisp as the season and entices with a lingering hint of honey. Serve with smoked fowl or fish or as an upgrade from a medium-bodied ale.
